Storm damage isn't always obvious from the ground. Hail dents, lifted shingle seals, cracked ridge caps, and bruised shingle mats don't show up from the driveway. Our HAAG-trained inspectors get on the roof and check every slope, every flashing detail, and every penetration point.
Not all storm damage qualifies for a full replacement. Hail might only affect one slope. Wind might only lift shingles on the windward side. We document exactly what's damaged and let the insurance company make the call. Honest documentation gets claims approved. Inflated reports get denied and blacklisted.
Our Storm Damage Repair Process
Damage Assessment
We inspect every slope, flashing point, and penetration for storm damage. Hail hit counts per test square, wind lift patterns, and granule displacement, all documented with photos and measurements your adjuster will accept.
Insurance Claim Filing
Our office prepares the claim package: photo evidence, damage scope, material specifications, and repair estimate in Xactimate format. We file with your carrier and track the claim through to adjuster assignment.
Adjuster Meeting
Minford Roofing & Maintenance sends an inspector to every adjuster meeting. We make sure nothing gets overlooked and that the scope of work covers all damage, not just the most visible areas. If the estimate comes in low, we supplement.
Quality Restoration
Once approved, our Minford crew handles the repair or replacement at the insurance-agreed price. You pay your deductible. We do the work, file the completion paperwork, and you're done.
